- What happens if I place an order and some of my items are out of stock?
If we need to send items from an order on a later delivery due to a lack of stock at the time of order, this is referred to as a “backorder.” Any backorders will be indicated on your packing note as “to follow”. Delivery costs are for a complete order, regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues.
- What should I do if I do not receive my goods within the usual delivery time frame?
Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however from time to time problems may occur. If your order has not arrived, you can email us at customer.service@pyclothing.com and we will investigate any problems and queries immediately.
- Do I need to sign for my goods?
Yes, for security reason
- What do I do if I want to return any of my items?
Please See the Returns sections for complete details about returning goods to us.
- How can I pay for my order?
Payment for goods may be made in pounds Sterling using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Switch,Visa Electron or Maestro all via our secure payment system Paypal.
- Do I need to pay VAT?
No.
- When will I be charged for my order?
You will not be charged for any items until they have been shipped and you will then only be charged for those items that have been shipped. If the items you have ordered are shipped separately, you will only be charged once for delivery.
- Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order.
- If you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them to us within 7days of receiving your order for exchange or refund, but please note that they need to be in thesame conditions unpackaged and unworn.
- If I return items, how soon will I be refunded?
Returns will be refunded within 3 working days of receiving your returned items, sometimes there might be some delay but this normally comes from your bank. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for any returns you send to us.
- How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our sizing guide for help on choosing the right size and fit for you.
- Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our suppliers, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. you could receive the email in the day or the night, From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise please allow 14 working before contacting us for missing order.
- I have received a faulty item?
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting with any of the methods available in the contact us section. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.
- I have received an incorrect item in my order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting us from the contact us section, we will endeavour to respond within 48hours to try and sort it out for you.
- An item is missing from my order?
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't, please get in touch with Customer Care. Let us know the Order Number and the Product Code or Product Name of the item you wanted, and we'll look into it.
- Delivery
Deliveries will be made within 7 to 14 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]. Please allow 14 working days before contacting us for an item you haven't received. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday.
- International delivery information: We do not ship international at present.
- Do you deliver to work addressess?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but you will have to email us to advise this. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person! Please note we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
