HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

The following steps outline the process of placing an order on our website.
Select items either by entering a product code or description into the Search box, or by simply browsing the site.
Just select your size from the drop-down box in the find shirts in your size filter at the top of the shirts page you are browsing.
To add an item to your basket, enter the desired quantity into the ‘Quantity’ box and then click ‘Add to Cart’.
You can update the quantity at any point prior to checking out by clicking the ‘My Basket’ button at the top of the page.
To remove an item from your basket, simply tick the red ‘x’ button and then click ‘Update’.
You can continue to shop at any point after entering items into your basket by clicking ‘Continue Shopping’ and your selected items will remain in your basket until you are ready to checkout.
Once you are happy with your order and are ready to pay, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and proceed through the payment steps.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER?

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below Only. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO, AMEX, VISA ELECTRON.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud, Please note we only ship orders to the billing address of your card payment.

All orders placed with Pyclothing are subject to stock availability and credit checks, and wherever possible will be despatched within 7 to 14 working days.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
If you decide to cancel your order with pyclothing.com, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the order number.

OUR RETURNS POLICY?

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene some products cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send an email from the contact us section subjecting returns and we will provide you with the return address. 

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Pyclothing, or if you receive the wrong goods, you can return them to us within 7days.
Goods returned to us will be replaced after the original goods have been received.
Pyclothing will refund the amount paid by you for the goods, or if agreed with you, provide replacement goods.
All Returns will normally be processed on the day of receipt.
Refunds will be processed as soons as posible, please allow few days for full refund completion.
Do make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
