Pyclothing is a subsidiary of Fashion-total International Trading and Co, with own factory and cooperate with 5 other factories in China at the same time. Mainly supplying the surplus of the authentic products, established in 2003. We sell products which are Surplus of Authentic. These are clothes and shoes that are made in unreleased colours, and are not sold anywhere else. All shoes are made with very high quality standards.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with Pyclothing you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Pyclothing retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Pyclothing.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

The colours shown on your monitor may differ to the actual colour of the garments sometimes due to technical reasons beyond our control.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and excludes VAT. However, orders will only be accepted providing there is no major error in the prices or descriptions shown.

Postage and packaging (P&P) charges will always be confirmed before you finalise your order.

Payment may be made in pounds Sterling (£) using; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Delta or Maestro. We take payment from your card at the time we process your order ready for despatch. We reserve the right to review and make changes to the prices listed on our website at any time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an order providing it is not in our warehouse awaiting despatch, by contacting Customer Services to do this, you will need the order number and full details of the items to be cancelled. We will confirm cancellation as soon as we can.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These and other notices elsewhere on our website represent the entire terms and conditions relating to your use of our website to order goods and the supply of goods to you. No additional terms or conditions requested by and communicated in any way by you will form part of the contract whether accepted or not by an employee of ours. No employee of Pyclothing can alter the terms and conditions of this contract whether or not they confirm this to you in any way.

TITLE

Title of goods will pass to you at the point we charge your payment card or, when other payment methods are used, funds are credited to our account.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods.

DELIVERY ESTIMATED

Delivery estimation is between 7 to 14 working days. Product as sent direct from our supplier, We do not accept any liability which may result from the late delivery of goods. But if you haven't received your order after 14 working day of placing order please contact us, we will look into this for you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected for online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.

If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that it replaces. Substitutions are, of course, only made with the customer’s prior consent.
